✅ What You Can Do

• Use Mei-lan’s music, vocals, or meditations in one Production (a video, podcast, course, or remix).
• Use it forever – the license is perpetual.
• Use it worldwide, online or offline.
• Modify or remix it (if you purchase a Derivative License).
• Credit Mei-lan as follows: “Contains elements from ‘[Song Title]’ by Mei-lan Maurits, licensed courtesy of Mei-lan Maurits LLC.”
   

🚫 What You Can’t Do

• Resell, share, or distribute the original audio, stems, or loops.
• Claim the track as your own music or register it in any content ID system.
• Use it in violent, hateful, or sexually explicit material.
• Imply personal endorsement by Mei-lan without written consent.
• Use one license for multiple projects unless you purchase a Multi-Use Upgrade.

💫 License Duration

• Perpetual (never expires).
• Non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, and valid for one production.
   

💰 License Tiers

🌟 Tier 0 - Very Small Creator

• Description: Personal or passion based projects with minimal income
• Typical Use: Background music for a personal video, class or non monetized project
• Eligibility Criteria: Annual Income from creative activities < USD $10,000 / less than 10,000 followers
• Fee USD: $99
   

🌟 Tier 1 - Small Independent Creator

• Description: Early-stage independent creators, monetizing lightly
• Typical Use: Youtube videos, online courses, podcasts
• Eligibility Criteria: Income from creative activities USD $10,000 - $50,000 / between 10,000 to 50,000 followers
• Fee USD: $199
   

🌟 Tier 2 - Established Influencer / Music Artist / Producer

• Description: Active influencers, artists or producers earning moderate revenue
• Typical Use: Remix or streaming release, retreat, soundtrack, course or product usage
• Eligibility Criteria: Income from creative activities USD $50,000 - $250,000 / between 50,000 to 250,000 followers
• Fee USD: $500
   

🌟 Tier 3 - Commercial / Label / Corporate

• Description: Businesses, labels or very large creators
• Typical Use: TV, film, brand campaigns, commercial apps
• Eligibility Criteria: Income above USD $250,000 / above 250,0000 followers
• Fee USD: from $1500 Individually quoted based on project parameters

➕ Multi-Use Upgrade
 

• Covers up to five (5) Productions within the same series or campaign.
• Costs an additional 50 % of the base license fee at the time of purchase.
  • Tier 0 → $99 + $49 = $148 total
  • Tier 1 → $999 + $99 = $298 total
  • Tier 2 → $500 + $250 = $750 total
  • Tier 3 → $1 500 + $750 = $2,250 (individually quoted)
• Blanket or unlimited licenses available by request for ongoing use or high-volume creators.
